Sinn Loong’s Nutty Process
While technology is ever-evolving and ever-improving, we have chosen to keep the tradition alive by opting for the old-fashioned production process — a method we have mastered for well over 70 years.
- After harvested, all our peanuts are pickled for 3 whole days to bring forth the flavour.
- Next, the peanuts are naturally dried under sunlight for 1 to 2 days.
- Then, the peanuts are placed in a traditional oven and cooked using charcoal and wood.
- Once done, the peanuts are carefully filtered by hand and those that are not up to the standard are removed.
- Finally, the peanuts are packaged and ready to make their way into your hands.

1.收割生花生后,将花生腌制3天,以让花生更加入味。
2.接下来,铺晒于阳光底下一至两天,让花生自然晒干。
3.然后,将花生放入烤炉,用木炭将花生烤香。
4.完成后,烤香后的花生将由人手精心筛选,并去除不符合标准的花生。
5.最后,我们并将花生包装好准备上架以及外送。
